LERB

The Law Enforcement Review Board (LERB) is an appellate body that obtains its powers under the Police Act. The board hears appeals of decisions made by Police Services or Police Commissions regarding complaints alleging officer misconduct.

This question/concern has been put to the LERB for a response.

QUESTION: What duty of care, does the Chair of the LERB, individuals appointed to be the deciders and overseers of its Hearings and Administration staff, have, to report to the relevant authorities any criminal conduct that they become aware of whilst they are dispensing their Duties as part of the LERB.

The LERB are being evasive. Something one would expect of someone with something to hide. I’m expecting them to soon begin, playing Blind Deaf and Dumb.
